Stuft is truly taking the stuffed baked potato to the next level, and they’re doing it very well!! Their products are extremely fresh (they even bake the potatoes on the truck!) and the toppings are locally sourced. Who knew you could stuff a potato with so many unique things that work so well together? I recently hosted a company picnic for 400 people with an Oktoberfest theme, and Stephanie (owner) provided such great customer service, ease of communication, and excellent products. She customized the menu and even provided two Oktoberfest-themed potatoes: the fried Bratwurst loaded potato as well as a beer cheese & bacon potato. The beer cheese was soooo good! Though I didn’t try it, the beef taco potato was a hit too. Oh, if you get a chance to try the buffalo chicken potato, you’ll think you’ve died & gone to heaven…. Wow!!! Also, they take cash & card, and their potatoes are $8-10 depending on the combo. I highly recommend Stuft for their great food & awesome customer service. They’re perfect for company picnics, corporate events, weddings, parties, and of course- food truck rodeos!
