Solid lunch spot. Quite the happenin RTP trendy brunch spot. I think because of this it may be a buck-3 bucks over priced but for what its worth it is very good fresh food, fast, good ambiance. Probably justifies price. Good food! Diverse menu. Would return.
Great quick lunch. Fresh food!. After a long debate on where to eat, we finally went to Cafe Meridian around 12:30 and it was very nice. It did not feel packed like so many RTP lunch venues and the menu was very accommodating for all of our varying tastes! Also, the chicken that I had was very moist and juicy. I’ve been to other places where any chicken served after 12:05 is dry and not tasty. This restaurant is top on our list now!
Best Food in the Triangle!. As another reviewer has noted, I wish the restaurant was open on weekends too. This is absolutely my favorite place to eat. The food is delicious and healthy and there is such a variety offered. Plus the owners and staff are wonderfully nice. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Love it!. My only complaint is that it’s not open on weekends! The food is always fresh and delicious and they’re specials change daily. You can literally eat there 5 days a week and have something completely different each time. Very friendly staff, family owned. Paige, the cashier, will always ask you how your day is going!

Great Homemade Food. Best place for lunch near Meridian Parkway!! Homemade meals everyday from sandwiches and salads to burritos to grilled fish and meatloaf. Family owned and operated..it’s a real Mom & Pop shop. Great food…great people!! You can eat there every day for a month and never repeat the same things if you don’t want to.
A little pricey but the food is fresh and tasty!
