Stay AWAY. I just had orange chicken that tasted like an old shoe fried in the cheapest sugar in the market, tsao general chicken that tasted so old I think it was made last month, and fried rice so old I almost broke a tooth of how hard it was. Do not waste your time neither your money, the owner is totally rude and pushy.
COOK OUT cups at China Max. I went to the food court today for lunch. I ordered rice and pepper chicken. My order was to go. The lady asked me what I wanted to drink and I told her a small fruit punch. I paid for my food and took a few steps away. My drink was in a COOK OUT cup. Cook Out is the drive thru restaurant that serves burgers and other items from the grill. I could not understand why they are using another restaurants cups for their business. This makes me wonder what else they are using from other places. This can’t be sanitary. I will not be ordering from them again.
Chinamax is a pretty darn good place. At about three o’clock yesterday, I was hungry wile shopping. So I went to some Asian restaurant cuz then attracted me. So as unsual, I’ll order. So as I got to the casheir she told me it was about 10 bucks. I said it was expensive. Then the Asian lady at the casheir have me a discount to 10 percent. She gave me a card. But then I thought, about nine dollars isn’t that expensive for this much food. I thought that compared to other Asian restaurants at the mall. So this is my review and I hope u guys also follow my thoughts
South point Mall Food Court experience. 1st thing….they all need to take a course in human interaction! The WORST customer service EVER! I was given a 10% off coupon while walking by and they almost knocked out the person in front of them trying to hand me a piece of chicken over the counter! After spending 10 bucks on 3/4 plate of bland greasy noodles, and a handful of breading ( they called it chicken), I was no longer a customer. When I asked for something else to replace the horrible gummy noodles, I was told they were good, you lie, everyone else likes them. I had to argue with the lady that they were terrible and she said, get in back of line. When it was my turn, I got a plate of bland rice. As I walked away, the man behind the counter yelled out something to me in their language. REPORT THEM to customer service in the mall. They shouldn’t be able to get away with treating unsatisfied paying customers so badly!
Rude, Pushy and Overpriced. Do not ever go to this restaurant for any reason. They yell and scream at you the whole time and then try to sneak things in on you. They gave me a large drink without asking and when I complained they said ‘oh you big person you want big drink.’ I said no I didn’t but they gave it to me anyway and said it’s only a few pennies more. They added an egg roll as if it was part of the meal and then charged me for it. The egg roll was horrible. It was wet mush. I paid for the meal and told them I would never come back. Please do not patronize this place.
First time. Best asian restaurant in Southpoint Mall. The food was really good (especially the black pepper chicken). I’ve never ate there until today because the other asian restaurants was really disgusting. Their food was either dry, salty, or it was disgusting. I tried their for the first time today and it was fantastic and I will definitely go back.
