Overpriced, but if money is no object this is the restaurant. 8.5 out of 10 food mexican food quality and freshness. Staff very much an asset, friendly. Prices are inflated and dont be surprised if your check is high for mexican but the quality may trump the price.
Love it. This is my favorite place in the triangle area for burrito. While I won’t say they have the best or the most authentic burrito in the triangle area. This is my favorite place which is cheap enough for me if I want to go there everyday and it provides burritos which are great for my taste. They do have a great selection of burritos. By the way, though it sounds kind of funny, I specially love the smell of the tortillas for their burritos.
Great taqueria and the rest of the menu is solid. Just don’t go looking for Tex Mex. Try the aqua frescas and the Carnitas taco with the habanero salsa.
Bad. Tacos mexico in Apex is better than chubby tacos.

Nailed It!. They nailed it…that is, whoever owns this place.What’s there not to say about Chubby’s? This place is cheap, quick and very good. We find ourselves coming here weekly.My staple here is the tinga chicken tacos & carne asada tacos. I’ve tried tba barbacoa and it is great too!
Hands down, best Mexican food in the Triangle. Great price, incredibly clean, and top-notch ingredients. I could eat here everyday for a month and never have the same thing twice – and love every dish!
