Great Food Truck in Durham for Asian-style Eats!. KoKyu has probably been my fave food truck for the last year plus. With its brightly decorated trailer an blaring music, you know you’re in for a treat. Try their pork belly takos, short-rib sliders or quesadilla. All the food they deliver out of the KoKyu truck is full of flavor, textures and some spiked sesame or spicy sauce. The guys working the truck are always nice and efficient and my recent pop-up dinner with KoKyu makes me believe that more and better is soon coming… nctriangledining.com
