Meelo’s Restaurant Durham. I ate here for the first time on 3-3-15. The food was very good with large servings. The Greek salad was very fresh and was split with my wife. While the food was very good,the service was as good as any I have ever had.My every need was met by the entire staff with a warm and friendly smile.I will go back many times!
It was just ok…I didn’t feel it lived up to the rave reviews. The Caprese salad and the puttanesca were too salty. The wait staff were super nice and attentive. Took the advice and got the tiramisu (to go). It was delicious. Overall it’s fine in a pinch but wouldn’t drive 30 miles to eat here as one reviewer mentioned.
We went there last night and did not receive our food after 40 minutes. We left the restaurant and plan to never return. It is very disappointing because we have had great meals there before.
Surprised. Stopped in town and pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and good food. Worth a stop if your near by, will probably go back.
Great Food Great Service!. We love going to Meelo’s! it isn’t close to our home but it is worth the drive. The food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and takes time to make sure you enjoy your experience. We have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered. This is great family owned local restaurant.
Great Food and Fun Atmosphere. We have had lunch and dinner at Meelo Resturant, we have been very pleased, it a small place with a fantastic menu, served by a great staff. When you visit here you should meet the chef, he is very friendly and full of personality. We have taken several of our business clients here and they have all been very impressed with the experience. The menu has some unique items not found at other places. Great food and a great experience each visit. This is a great place.
I have to agree with all the recent reviews. The food is excellent. Try a special. Just to experience something different. Love this place.
