This was our first visit to Quattro. We were all in the mood for basic Italian (think spaghetti!). What a great fit this was, as you can choose your own noodles, sauce and toppings. Meals served with homemade bread and dipping sauce. We ordered small salads before dinner and they were a hit. Everything here is made from scratch and it shows. Service was polished and attentive without being overbearing.Pretty large menu and HUGE wine menu. Salmon daily specialsounded tempting, but we were all in the mood for pasta. Interior was well done and classy. Older reviews don’t seem tomatchthe fine dining we experienced. Would definitely return and recommend Piazza Italia!
