Not a bad place to eat. The area is kinda hit and miss as it is far enough away from the main drag that it is not the best area to go, but is located next to the YMCA. street parking is minimal so during busy times I can see there being a problem. The inside of the place is nice, simple, yet enjoyable. The food choice is the typical farm to table style menu where they have traditional fares done with a unique twist and a couple very unique creations to round out the menu. Price is about what you would expect for a small location, above general fares but not high end costs. I will note they have a fairly impressive cocktail, wine, and spirits listing considering the size of the establishment. We went for brunch this time and it was pretty good. Food was tasty though slightly on the cool side. No real complaints about what we ordered but nothing amazing either. had the breakfast plate with eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and a biscuit. Wife had their eggs Benedict. Good but not great. The real let down though was the service. While it was not bad, it was extremely slow. at the busiest there were 8 tables taken in the restaurant, and a low of about 4. With this few there is no reason for the service to be slow.We frequent DPAC often so we will probably go here again to give it another go, but for this first one I wasn’t impressed. not great, but not worth going out of the way to visit.
