Were a casual Neapolitan pizza restaurant with a fine-dining approach to the food. We make just about everything from scratch. We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible and as seasonally as possible. Our pizza is handmade and wood-fired, created around a core of flavors. We change the pizzas from time to time and with the seasons. Were ready to take you on a culinary journey and wow you with the most simple of flavors to the more complex. Adventurous or not, we have a pizza for you. - We make everything we possibly can in house. - We support the community which supports us. - We create a work environment where employees are satisfied with their job. - We support farmers in our community using 100% pasture-raised meats and other locally sourced ingredients. - We eat.
