Wow! What a find! We tried this on a whim and were very pleasantly surprised. The food is incredible the atmosphere laid back. Very much liked it and we will be back.
This place used to be much better. Did they lose their chef or change something? It’s just not the same.
One of the best lunch places in Durham. This restaurant is really under appreciated in my opinion. Part coffee shop, part Mediterranean cafe with lots of vegetarian options. It’s a great place for a light meal.All types of wraps including gyros, and plenty of cold pasta dishes which are all really well made.The staff is very friendly and helpful, and happy to make suggestions. Oh, and free wifi makes it a good place to get work done over a cup of joe and a sandwich.
My single banana cost $1.09. On the plus side, it wasn’t bruised and it was ripe and tasty. I enjoy good Chiquita bananas. On the down side, last week I bought a bunch of bananas at the grocery store that cost 39 cents a pound. Saladelia must seriously over-price its food, which is too bad because some of the scones looked scrumptious.
Love love love this cafe! Bfast lunch and diner!!!
