Great food but shotty service. There’s one waitress my friends and I avoid like the plague (just plain rude!) The others are inconsistent. Go with good company so you can enjoy the food and ignore the service.
Great place to watch a game. Satisfaction is my go to place for sports watching, especially basketball. There’s enough TV’s that you’ll even find non-Duke games. The pizza is mediocre and I suggest sticking to bottled beer. The staff is friendly, though sometimes service is slow. I enjoy it for what it is.

Atmosphere is lame. I can’t comment on the food, but as a hang-out place for a few drinks (which is what Satisfaction is to most), it falls short. With all of the fake wood and TV’s, it has the feel of a sports bar, which, if that appeals to you, go there. If not, stay away – you won’t find any satisfaction there.
Short and sweet, the pizza is excellent and the service is good. It’s a great hangout bar in a fun location.
