I have the red dragon, firecracker, spicy tuna, and some other sushi roll. The firecracker or firework whatever it was called it was okay. It was definitely not spicy enough for me nor was the red dragon which was supposed to have 3 spicy types of fish in it. The spicy tuna was the most flavorful. The sushi wasnt bad nor was it greatd, I will go back and try again.

Wow!! So yummy!! Best sushi we’ve had since we moved here two years ago!

One of my favorites despite inconsistent service. The waiters can be slow to get to you. There. I said it. Everything else about this place is great. I usually get the crab wonton appetizer, which is excellent. The calamari and tempura fried vegetables are both great appetizers as well. My girlfriend sometimes gets noodle dishes there, and enjoys them thorughly. I always get the sushi, though, and every specialty roll is fantastic. My favorite is the blue devil roll, which is a shrimp tempura roll with a strip of fillet mignon on top that they with a blowtorch. I have taken people here who think they hate sushi and converted them. It’s a great restaurant.

All of the sushi I have had hear has been good. Fusion and insane eel rolls are to die for if you like tempura style. Calamari was rather bland.

Good Food, baaaaad service. A small group of us from Duke eat at Sushi Love pretty regularly for lunch. The food is really good, however the service is sub-par UNLESS you sit in David’s section. Today though, we did not have that luxury. The person who ordered last got their food first, the first sushi order came out 5 minutes later, while the second sushi order came out 10 minutes after that. The waitress rolled her eyes at us on several occasions when we asked for drink refils, or just never filled the drinks, never cleared the table and was very unfriendly about the whole situation.

Very good.. This is a really good restaurant with a sleek, modern vibe. To be honest, it doesn’t fit in its location, but the food is definitely worthwhile. While the prices may not be as enticing as Akashi and Shiki, the food is excellent, and the service is top notch. For starters, I absolutely recommend getting either the Chicken Lettuce Wraps or the Fried Tofu. Both are delicious. All of their rolls are good. I also really like the Albacore, Salmon and White Tuna.
