Good food, terrible service. Food factory has some of the best food on campus, but their service is absolutely atrocious. They often confuse orders and get them wrong, deliver way past their ETA, and rarely answer their phone. Many times have I placed an order an hour before closing time, and never received it. When I tried to call them back, they refused to answer their phone.Eat here at your own peril.
