When a restaurant offers a kale salad they should use baby kale, not the tough, large leaves of regular kale that are difficult to chew. Or at least make it a chopped kale salad. Worst salad ever. Worse, yet, is the management never came over after we offered our insights to our server. Not good customer service.

Came here for the first time this evening. Sat at the bar and enjoyed drinks and my burger wasn’t bad. It’s wasn’t great either. The service however was not great. The bar tender puts your bill in a glass in front of you before you even get your food. What if I want another drink or dessert? Well she will just give you a new bill. The problem came when we asked to get the bill split. She split it wrong and when we asked her to fix it she just took the bills and then ignored us. Turns out she had someone else do it and the it got sat in front of the people next to us. Don’t think I’ll be going back…
Who cares about service, what about the beef!? The bun is perfect, the cheddar cheese was brilliant and the burger itself cooked exactly as it should have been, the way I ordered it. I didn’t go crazy with the varieties offered, I like to get the basic and go from there and this did not disappoint. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Enjoy.

$10 for a burger with no fries and I can’t even get someone to refill my drink!. I went to Zinburger on a Monday afternoon 12/1/14 at 2:40 PM! There was no wait and the restaurant wasn’t busy. I was seated outside. It took 20 minutes to receive my food which wasn’t that bad but once I received it NOBODY returned to my table to see if I needed anything or to refill my glass. I never saw my server (Shane) again! I had already drank my coke while waiting for my food to arrive so I had to eat WITHOUT anything to drink! I thought about going inside and asking for something to drink but I was dining alone on the patio and did not want to leave my food. I ended up flagging down another server just to get my check.With food this pricey, Zinburger needs to have better service! Needless to say, I will not be returning to zinburger durham!
Don’t bother coming here. I have been to all the restaurants at Southpoint mall multiple times and Zinburger is way over priced because you have to pay extra for everything, including fries. In my opinion, you’re better off getting a burger either at the Cheesecake Factory or at Five Guys in the food court. Also, the bartenders never paid attention to me. All they did was talk to each other both times I’ve gone. Don’t bother ordering fries. I’m 18 years old and when I left the restaurant, I had the worst heartburn in my life!
