Regular New York style pizza for the beach. No it’s not gourmet…no they don’t have ketchup (I don’t get why another reviewer said the staff was horrible because he said they didn’t carry ketchup) it’s pizza by the slice people! It could be worse, it could be Sbarro:) It has been remodeled so at least it looks cleaner, it really is nice now on the inside. They do need high chairs though, I don’t recall seeing any in there. And as for the employees who by the way don’t work for tips…idk I’m used to North Carolina’s work ethic so the employees don’t bother me:)

They actually charge you a fee to use your debit card but don’t tell you ahead of time. Plus their pizza is inconsistent. I drive to AB instead because they have a better staff who is friendly and seems to use their brains and want to do their job, instead of talking about owning their own bank one day!22 Mar, 2013They may say they open at 10am but don’t expect to actually be able to order anything and get it made before 10:45 or later. Walked in at 10:30 and they had no pizza ready and said it would be 15 to 20 minutes before cheese was out and another 30 or more for anything else if you wanted buffet. It wa even longer if you wanted your own pizza! Loved this brand when lived in Wilmington, but here run by immature rude & lazy acting boys!25 Feb, 2013Yummy pizza. Not a lot of atmosphere, and refills are $.25 on drinks, but the pizza is good. Although I prefer the stores in the Jacksonville Wilmington area for their service and prices. I still go back for the pizza.
Disappointing and I didn’t even eat there. Standing in line I witnessed an employee doing nothing but staring at the people in line He occasionally asked if anyone had a call in order. No one did. A lady came up to the counter and asked to have two drink glasses refilled but the guy behind the counter said she would have to work her way back into line. Seriously? You are doing NOTHING. Fill the lady’s drinks. Decided if that was the typical service I could easily spend my money elsewhere. Will never patronize this business and recommend any other pizza place. Heck I would recommend frozen pizza compared to this
Expensive lackluster pizza. Many tastier options on the island without the price tag.
The employees are very rude. We ordered $48 in food and drinks. We asked for ketchup for a cheese steak we ordered. We were told that they didn’t have ketchup. My sister asked why they didn’t carry ketchup. One of the employees said they didn’t carry it because they don’t have fryers. He said if we wanted ketchup we should go to Andy’s and get a packet from them. I could not believe he said that to us! I told him that we just wanted it for our cheese steak. He said he never heard of anyone putting it on a cheese steak. I told him that we’re from Philly and that’s how we eat Philly cheese steaks. The service here is horrible!
NY style done reasonably well. Try it.
