Chef Sean of Big Sean's Pit Stop and the culinary team of Caribbean Express will be offering a fusion menu of Southern and Caribbean cooking that will feature a selection of delicious smoked meats, Caribbean barbecue, and delicious side dishes. The menu includes classic dishes like curry chicken and smoked beef brisket, but we also offer delicious appetizers and desserts. To go along with your meal, we have a wide selection of cold-pressed juices, all-natural lemonades, and specialty tropical beverages.
