Meh…. This is my go-to place for when I have 24-hour duty. The House Special Lo Mein and Chicken Wings are alright, the Eggdrop soup is nearly flavorless, and the Sweet Tea tastes like it has cigarette ashes in it.Their on-the-phone service is very confusing, they often pass you from person to person.Their delivery people, however, are usually very nice.That all being said, I’m about to order from them again, for the lack of a better option at the moment.
Unsatisfied. The quality and taste of the food is inconsistent; some items are very good, others are not. The crab rangoons were chewy and small. We’ve ordered delivery twice and both times items were missing from our order. When we called tonight to place our order, the woman was very rude and actually yelled at my husband to tell her the actual name of the food instead of the number listed on the menu (isn’t that why they number the items on the menu?!?). I do not recommend this place. I actually never leave reviews on restaurants but I was so disappointed in this experience that I felt compelled to share with someone.
Food was really good but the customer service was terrible. The over-worked disgruntled immigrants almost seem irritated that you ordered food from them. I won’t be back.
The sesame chicken was pretty good. The service, on the other hand was horrible. I like it but I’ll try somewhere else next time…
