I love this place but my fianc hates it. I think cause we used to go here all the time per my request. I like the fact that they make it in front of you & the ingredients are always fresh, including the chips which are yummy. Not like reg mex restaurant chips tho so be aware. The only thing I hate is the lack of cleanliness in the dining area (wiping down tables) and prices. For extra guc is like $3 a crazy amount.
Kevin’s the Man!. New to the Fayetteville area, but not new to Chipotle…the line was quite long, but the wait was not. I ordered a Steak burrito and was about to get upset when I noticed the amount of steak left in the serving container. However, a server named Kevin took out the old container and replaced it with fresh, hot-off-the-cooker steak. I felt a little upset at first for those others that were behind me and ordered chicken, but those worries quickly went away after that first, succulent bite. Delicious! My stomach thanks you Kevin and Chipotle for the continuing nourishment memories!
Poor customer service and serving sizes. I have stopped in the Fayetteville NC Chipotle location several times a month the customer service has steadily gone down as well as the portions of the servings in the bowls. In todays economy I would think management would be emphasizing the best customer service and value for hard earned money patrons shelling out.
Very good Restsurant .. New management took over and fixed things good (service and quantity). I visit this place 3 times a week. They know I like spicy ( they make sure I get all species on burrito or bowl). Thanks for taking care my food everytime I place an order. Best part i like they pay attention what you order and make it ready when you reach there so food stay hot n fresh.. Thanks for making necessary changes needed.28 May, 2012Bad ( Food, Service, Taste ). You guys need to hire some professional people who knows what customer service is and can handle the rush. Today’s order was the WORST food from chipotle i ever had and may be this is the last time i am eating in Fayetteville, NC. I placed order every 2-3 weeks and food always ready when i reach there and fresh. Today my whole order was messed up on top of that food was not even ready when i went there to pick up. we had to remind to put chips in. My Veggie Bowl ( No Grilled Veggies, Loaded with rice, i asked for spicy there was no sauce at all ). I am not sure management changed or you guys hired bunch of school kids who can not make one order right way. Another issue your chips were soggy. I am very upset spending 38-40 dollars on this food. Just want to let you guys know that you can not keep up like other cities ( esp Raleigh, nc ) with this kind of customer service, soggy chips and not even right food.
Great food, great service, and really nice new restaurant! Besides the long lines during the grand opening this place is great! It’s about time Fayetteville gets Chipolte! Highly Recommended!
