Great service but…. …. The food was not good. We (my husband and myself) wanted to love this place, went in with high hopes – we love to support local places versus chains, however this one was a huge disappointment. I’ll start with the good. I thought the interior was charming, loved being able to see the steaks up front, and the candles on the tables were homey. The service was AMAZING. Seriously, better service than anywhere in Fayetteville, and anywhere in many, many places. His name was Donovan and I cannot say enough positive things! I am in the hospitality industry, as well as hospitality for school so I am very observant of these things. There was no trash ever left on the table (sweetener packets, cracker wrappers, dirty dishes etc) and our drinks we never low. The calamari we had as an app was great, and I loved the Ranch dressing on the salad bar. Bathrooms were sparkling. Now the not so good. Salad bar offerings not great. Husband had the clam chowder and did not care for it at all. He had the filet with stuffed shrimp and twice baked potato and I had the rib-eye and baked potato. Neither steak was good. Although both were cooked a perfect medium rare, mine was burnt on the outside, as in crispy like charcoal. Plus, it had been sawed in half, which I hate. His steak tasted like bacon. It had no real flavor other than bacon…. Which was weird. Potatoes were both slightly underdone, his was weird and chewy. The shrimp he got with his he liked, I thought they were had too much garlic. All in all – service, excellent. Interior, excellent. Food – so bad.

Christmas dinner. The waitress was slow the steak was raw the cheese on the table was bad. The A1 steak sauce did not taste like A1. It was the worse service and food I have ever had .It was my first and last time going there.

One of my favorites. I’ve been here several times. Generally have the chicken … but occassionally go with the steak. The food is basic – but good. Yes, you get pre-packaged crackers … but dinner rolls are available for the asking. I’ve always been asked if I want some rolls with dinner (I sit at the bar). The Salad Bar is also basic … but good. I’m there every couple of weeks and enjoy it every time.

The salad bar was decent. My steak was an expensive sub par cut of meat, cheese whiz (like in precious reviews) was weird. Waitress was slow and MIA…drinks went empty twice and we were her only table. No clue what she was doing. crab cakes were good. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ‘fake fine dining’ here.

Very disappointing meal. Reviews I read were correct about the bowl of Cheez Whiz and cracker packets brought to the table. Wow. Klassy. My fiance and I both got a New York strip. Both were room temperature, sub par cuts of meat. Salad bar was iceberg lettuce, hard boiled eggs, and imitation bacon bits. Nothing to write home about. Service was slow and inattentive. Will not be returning.

Best Steakhouse In Fayetteville IMO. IMO best steak house in Fayetteville. What’s not to like? Great hand cut steaks. Great salad bar. Friendly bar and wait staff. Bar is very upscale and you can eat in there or the dining room. Great for business meeting or with friends, sans kids. Not a better place in town to reward yourself after a hectic business day. Not too sure about the pumpkin martini, but hey, you gotta give ’em props for creativity, lol.
