Overcooked Fish. Breading on my catfish order had a flour rather than flavorful meal crispness, was over cooked (tough texture).My friend claims their food was also overcooked. This has always been my favorite place to eat and will give it one more try. My Friends and I have been eating there for years.
Best meal best server best price all over best dinning out for my family in a long time. We plan to go back every weekend. Quick service, hot food, best birthday, thank you Hudson bay.
Not good at all!. We took our family who was visiting and it was gross! First off the just have lemon juice not fresh lemons and only 1 free refill on your drink! They had a potato bar and the sour cream was disgusting ruined the whole potato. My nephews ribeye tasted rotten. The batter on the fried food had no flavor and very greasy! Also the crab legs were NOT fresh I’ve had better ones sitting in water on a Chinese Buffett! Will never be going back there again!

Poor customer service. Me and my family were visiting Fayetteville and had a taste for seafood so we went to this restaurant. The prices were cheap and the menu seemed good. When the food came out, I was disappointed because I had ordered Deviled crabs, trout, and a baked potato. I received deviled crabs, shrimp, and fries. The waitress then told me that they did not have any more baked potatoes and that she would be back with my fish. Never was there an apology for this mistake, generally, there is an apology. I then asked was any other sides because I don’t eat fries, and she informed me that the menu said that baked potatoes are served when available. I then asked why I was not informed that they were available and I did not get an answer. I have never been to a restaurant before where no one informs you that you are not getting what you ordered and never apologizes. I guess this is the type of service you get in Fayetteville.
Wonderful food. I returned to dine at Hudson Bay after 21 years, not because it wasn’t good but because of being a military spouse. I have been back in Fayetteville for 8 years now and found out that Hudson Bay was still open. I finally made it out today with my sister and our meal was wonderful, as was the speedy service and the remarkable prices for so much food. I have read reviews stating everything was fried but the menu offers fried, broiled and grilled. Also food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Wonderful experience and can’t wait to take my husband there.
That’s all, just fried. Fried everything, and fried well, but nothing more.
