Really good Chinese food. So traditional. For the chef special you have to ask the lady owner. She is such a sweet lady. I’m sure she will take care of you, she has always took care of me. Here is my experience. I like spicy food so I ask her what is the signature spicy dish in her restaurant. She recommended a pork dish with jalapeo and black bean paste. It was so good and I never had it before. Every time I visit I always order this dish.

The best chinese food with nice service!. The food here is really delicious. I ordered Chinese traditional dumplings they are handmade and I love it! They just repaint all over the restaurant, it has a nice atmosphere for dinner.
Excited to find my dish!. It’s so difficult to find Szechuan Beef prepared properly outside of DC and New York. I was shocked to find it at this Fayetteville restaurant. I prefer the meat and veggies to be more shredded, but it was tasty. The prices were rather high for the area. I got this same dish from a carryout in DC last week for $8.95, but today at Hunan Garden I paid $11.95 (which is the same price I paid at a fancy DC restaurant I also ate at last week). I also tried the Kung Pao Chicken – didn’t like that it only had chunks of celery for veggies. The spring rolls were good. I’ll eat here again because I can’t find this dish anywhere else locally.
Excellent Chinese. My wife and I have been eating a Hunan Gardens for over 30 years. I have never had a complaint with the food, or service. I don’t like Chinese buffet, so Hunan is perfect, food cooked to order and delivered to my table. Hunan’s Crab Rangoon is the best i have anywhere, and i travel a lot and always get Chinese at least once while i am out. East coast to west coast, Texas to New Hampshire back to washing state, I have yet to find a Chinese restaurant that I like better. Prices are reasonable and the amount of food normally leaves me leftovers for lunch the next day. I highly recommend this restaurant. Why eat Chinese buffet to get food that has been picked over and touched by every other dinner when you can order exactly what you want in a nice quiet atmosphere and have t presented to your table?
A great old style Chinese Restaurant! Their lettuce wraps are the best. Service is polite and attentive. The spicier the better!
