Do you like good food? Me too! So Do not go here! I had ribeye steak it tasted like I got it from chow hall. I asked for rare so to them it means make it Wesley Snipes dark on outside and overlooked on inside. I ordered beer, it was flat had no head what so ever. There were some good things though, mashed potatoes were good but your not going to spend 20 bucks on mashed potatoes.
My husband and I had only been here once so we decided to give it another try and I’m so glad we did!! They recently remodeled and it looks great inside. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. Lone Star is my new favorite steak house in Fayetteville. Everywhere else is completely over priced, always packed and the food is never worth the wait. Here it is well worth the wait! The smoked sirloin is absolutely delicious and their filet mignon is the best I’ve had in this town.
Yum!. This was our first visit here, usually when we want steak we go to Texas Roadhouse – (but the last visit there service and food were horrible), so we thought we would try someplace new…. And we are so glad we did! We were seated right away; and our server asked if we had been in before – she told us the place had just been remodeled, and it was gorgeous inside! Loved the atmosphere right off the bat much better than the other place I mentioned ;). We told her no, and so she showed us some new menu stuff. We were treated to a sample of their in house smoked sirloin, OH YUM. We are usually ribeye people, but that was sooo good. We chose the smoked sirloin sliders based on the flavor of that sample and we were not disappointed, they were so good! Entrees we both had ribeyes, and they were cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. Sides were delicious, and dessert was so good. They gave us a coupon for a free appetizer next visit as we were first time customers. We have found our new favorite steak place!
Ugh.. That’s all I have to say. Best thing about this place is the tap water.
