Place can be a little difficult to find because of the location of the signs in the plaza, but it’s absolutely worth finding. The staff is awesome right from the moment you walk through the door and everyone greets you as walk through to seat yourself. Service for my order was immediate. Once I placed my breakfast order, I had my food in no less than 15 minutes and it was delicious and my glass was never empty. My omlette, This Little Piggy, was flavorful from end to end and not just a bunch of eggs like omlettes can be at other restaurants.
The Thing is a hardy manly breakfast. A pile of hash browns smothered with sausage gravy then topped with 1 egg of your liking and 2 slices of bacon. I crumble the bacon and add hot sauce. Their pancakes are off the hook. I give them 5 stars. Hands down this is the best breakfast place in town. If anyone thinks there is a better place. Place drop me a note.They also have great burgers
