I don’t even know where to start bc this is to me one of the best pizza places I’ve ever had. Yummy crust. Yummy toppings. Nom nom all around. Great beer even though I don’t drink but my friends comment on it.
Tried a specialty pizza for the first time tonight. I was a little nervous as I normally never stray. From my Greek salad. After taking my first bite I was doing the happy dance! The Thai Dye pizza was ah-mazing!!!! Perfect flavors and blending of spices and textures. Can’t wait to go back and try others!
Great Fresh Baked Pretzels. Being new to the area I am still trying to figure out the local food scene. A co-worker suggested the Mellow Mushroom for lunch. We got there early so the crowd was light and the service was great. The menu is extensive. After looking over the pizza list I decided on the Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Blue Cheese. We also got a full order of the fresh baked pretzels. Honestly, the pretzels were more than enough for lunch. They were very large and tasted fantastic. The pizza had a little more sauce than I expected and a little less cheese than I wanted but the flavor was great. I took half the personal (10 inch) pizza home and 3 of the six pretzels. They were great the next day. This place is great but would not want to be there when they get crowded (personal choice). They are a bit pricey but the food is great.
Always friendly and delish. The waitstaff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. Don’t be scared, make your own pizza!
Fat Attack – Good Service. My thoughts about Mellow Mushroom are that there are too many toppings to the toppings, the seasonings were pleasing but mild, the pizza was very oily(Holy Shitaake) and on a positive note the beer selection was nice. One thing I also noticed was that the service staff was on top of cleaning the tables and helping each other out, despite it being a super busy Saturday night.
Excellent Pizza!. Love their pizza, especially the Veggie! It’s not cheap pizza, but you pay for what you get! Pizzas are loaded with toppings and they are the only pizzas that I will eat the entire crust.
We went on a Saturday night and didn’t have any issues with the service. Our waiter was nice and the pizza and drinks were fantastic! It offers a lot of out of the ordinary combinations.If you are looking for that chewy yet crisp crust, this is your place. The crust is crisper on some than others. The Mellowterranean has a floppier bottom but taste just like a yummy gyro. The Red Potato Pie was our group favorite! I’m not a fan of non-red sauce based pizza and the hubby hates sour cream/ ranch but this pizza makes it work! Loaded potatos should always be in pizza form!
