Great food, fast service, Tracy our waitress is doing a fantastic job!!
Clearly I should have gone to an authentic Mexican restaurant, but my daughter heard the music coming from the speakers outside and convinced me to take her there. Luckily I was able to use it as a teaching tool on what to look for at a good restaraunt. On the Border did not fare well. The servings were so small my 9 yr old complained that there was not enough food. The food was not good, and the service was mediocre at best. Our waitress did try, and she was compensated for the effort. The last time I went there was in 98. The next time I go there I will be 98!
Great food, plentiful and the service was great.
Slow, cold food.
Took more than an hour to get our food. When our entrees arrived, they were all cold and one person did not get hers until ten minutes later. The restaurant was not busy and we had five people in our group. Our waitress did not even fill our drinks during this wait for cold food. One person ordered a fajita plate and usually that comes out sizzling. No. One person ordered little tortillas with steak meat on top. The meat was shriveled and dessicated. My chimi had five shreds of cheese on top. Was there a shredded cheese shortage? So confused. We sorted this out with the manager.

It’s a decent chain Mexican restaurant, not really where you want to go if looking for authentic Mexican. But other than that it’s a pretty good place to meet with friends.
