Amazing. I’m honestly not sure how this place has a 78%. I’m from an Italian family so I’m pretty hesitant on liking Italian Restaurants. The atmosphere is wonderful from the industrial feel on with the exposed brick to the nice rustic red. Our waiter, Rueben, was very passionate about his job and knowledgeable about the menu. He broke down everything so it was easily understandable. They are very smart about the timing of the food there never actually felt like a time that we were waiting for anything. Our shrimp scampi appetizer came out and right when we finished them our salads came out, halfway through our salads some garlic knots (which are delicious) came out, and then not even 5 minutes after our entrees came out. This being our first time there we tried a little bit of everything. I got the Chicken Parm Stromboli which was perfectly cheesy and my husband got the seafood pierro’s which came with a very generous amount of mussels and scallops. We also got a dessert (that I do not know the name of) that had fried cinnamon donuts ala mode. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was absolutely delicious and not too overpriced. We got all of this for $56, we’ll definitely be coming back.
The wait staff was nice, but unprofessional. They were all chatting about meeting up after work for a party and changing clothes in the restraint to gone back and congregate in the bar and drink where we were seated. The food was mediocre. I ordered the Fra Diavlo and there was too much red pepper in the sauce that the dish was overpowered, plus the shrimp and scallops were frozen and overlooked. Plus, there isn’t any sound proofing inside so it was extremely loud in a small place.
We were advised to split an entree since we were there for lunch. It was more than enough food and a great value! Our waiter was amazing and we’ll definitely be back the next time we pass through town 🙂
Terrible takeout service. My husband no longer steps foot in this place, because we have been burned so many times by forgotten orders, giving someone else our pizza, wait times 40 minutes to pick up a pizza… This time same story, 40 minutes to pick up pizza and no house salad, someone else’s cannoli…. that’s it for us….go to dominos or pizza hut – at least the service is better and faster.
The whole establishment is a hot mess.
The penne alla vodka with chicken is to die for! Might seem like a boring choice but its DELICIOUS!!
Good food friendly staff. I have gone to Pierro’s several times now to both locations. The food is always excellent and the servers provide you with a friendliness that makes you feel like family. Garlic knots are always a tasty treat. Their marinara on their Italian dishes is very distinct and tastes fresh (I prefer the lasagna or chicken marsala). The downtown location has a lovely patio that you can enjoy the views while sipping on a glass of sangria. Lastly, they have a new wine and martini bar downtown that looks amazing with beautiful white couches and glass tile. Two thumbs up, Pierro’s is a must in Fayetteville.
