  Decent food. Terrible service. We took a group of 7 to this Red Lobster tonight, August 21st, as a celebration of our son returning from Afghanistan the previous day. This is one of the first places he wanted to eat in the states. Immediately upon seating the manager came to the table and introduced himself and said if we had any problems to let him know. After receiving our drinks, we started to order. Two people were ordering the Coconut Shrimp with the Pina Colada dipping sauce and two others had chosen the Maple Glazed salmon and shrimp. We were then informed that they were out of the Pina Colada sauce and the maple glaze. I’ve been to Red Lobster restaurants in several states and have never, until tonight, seen one run out of either, let alone both, of these signature sauces. After deciding on new menu choices, we did finally place our orders. After about ten minutes our salads finally arrived. My water and that of two others in our party was never refilled throughout the meal. I had a margarita and was never asked if I wanted another. There were gaps of ten minutes throughout our 1 and a half hour meal where no waitress was to be found. I did finally find her and asked for some butter which took about another ten minutes to receive. Luckily we were seated close to the bar so that most of the people could go and get their own drinks. After complaining to the manager, another waiter was assigned to us. I had to ask the second waiter to please clear the dirty appetizer dishes off the table to make room for the other plates. Our food took at least a half hour to reach us after ordering. The food was ok but not up to what I have come to expect from the Red Lobster company. Mostly, it was a frustrating evening due to poor service. The manager offered no apology or compensation. I was going to speak to him again as we left but didn’t see him anywhere so I went to the receptionist d esk to ask about him. xting on her phone to ask if she could help me so we left. I will not go back to this restaurant. I stood there for a few minutes but the girl working there never even looked up. She was to busy texting on her phone.

  I know it’s been years since I’ve been to this Red Lobster but this place has gone to the dogs! I truly see food differently

  I went here for a post mothers day dinner with my family. From the moment we were seated it took 15 minutes for somone to come to the table. And another 20 to get our drinks( we ordered water & milk). By the time somone finally took our order we had been there for 45 minutes. When they brought our order out half of it was missing. When we complained the server looked confused and said the cooks messed up. My lobster was undercooked to the point where I couldnt eat it. The srevice sucked and so did the food. I will never go back!

  You get what you pay for…. Yes, it’s cheap seafood, but is seafood really where you wanna skimp on cash? It’s like playing Russian roulette with your stomach. It’s not like it made us sick, but the salad was cheap, probably sourced by the truck load from Mexico. The entrees had those tiny shrimp that are like a pimple on an elephant’s butt- so small you have to dig through the fettucine to find them! The crab legs were dry and old. Kinda gross. But cheap. For an extra $20 or so, hit up Joe’s Crab Shack for better food and a bit more fun in the air…

  Bad food and bad service. My food came cold and my husbands was nothing like what he ordered. Our waitress never brought drink refills or biscuits. We will not be returning.

  Normally I like red lobster, however this particular one was terrible. bad service, questionable food, won’t be back.
