Basically punished for dining alone. My first visit was good including my meal. The second visit I was told where I had to sit because was dining alone. So I proceeded to leave. If I’m a paying customer I won’t be told were I have to sit. Customer service 101.

Light and refreshing food. Very good.A possible warning to business travelers, they do not take American Express. Not a deal breaker, but a little inconvenient

Love it Pho Sho!. Everything I have tried here is great. My husband is an avid pho fan (and Saigon bistro fan) and while I am not, even their pho is tasty to me. My favorites are the special vermicelli which for you non viet eaters is some delicious quality shrimp, chicken and beef with assorted shoot type veggies cooked up and served over lettuce with a side of rice if I recall correctly. Their light vinegarish sauce sends it over the top! Also the lemon grass chicken is a must try. Both the spring and the summer rolls are heaven! The staff is super friendly and you can even occasionally see Monks in there eating lunch. It’s a real treat.

Now this is Saigon Pho!!. I spotted Saigon Bistro while driving down Bragg Blvd and decided would stop in and try the pho. Am one who has traveled extensively throughout Vietnam – so am a bit particular when it comes to giving high marks for pho because so many places just do not have that same tastes as pho you find in HCMC. But should you want to find that yourself – go to Saigon Bistro. This is truly about as good as it gets – with an almost cinnamon hint in the pho and perfectly done shaved steak pieces topping it off. If you have never had pho before – then realize that what you are getting at Saigon Bistro is a taste that all others will be compared against. I liked the atmosphere of the bistro itself and the owner is super friendly – which combined with excellent food – is a winning trio. Not listed on the menu yet is banh xeo – but if they can make pho this good – I can not wait till my next trip to try the banh xeo!!!

My bun salad was awesome, & it hit the spot. My husband wasn’t too impressed with the calamari though. He says the entree wa great, but the calamari was tough.

I’m always skeptical about new places popping up but I’ve been waiting for this place to open since Summer. Worth the wait, beat food in Fayetteville hands down. I used to go to the Vietnamese Restaurant for pho, but I haven’t been back since I found Saigon Bistro!!!
