I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants but this one is by far my favorite. My husband and I made it a tradition to come to Saigon Bistro when we want to go out to eat.
The food is clearly authentic Vietnamese food and there hasn’t been any issues with the wait for the food, nor the serving size. I believe the wait is fairly reasonable, and quite honestly I would rather wait for 25 minutes for delicious Vietnamese, versus terrible dry bland food from Apple Bees or a Ruby Tuesdays. I generally love leaving reviews for the places I eat at/go to, but something about this restaurant makes me want to go all out and leave a review everywhere else for it! It truly deserves all the great reviews it is getting. Its way better than other Vietnamese restaurants around the area, that cant even cook pho correctly, or other places *ahem* that charges a SHARING fee, to share the food you are eating. Anyway, again, its definitely a great place! I do recommend !
Nourishing. Friendly. Fresh. A great place for Pho, coconut water and spring rolls after a yoga class at Embrace Studio. Sometimes they have suggested other dinners and they were just as good as my favorite Pho dinner from there.
