I absolutely love it here!!! It is my favorite place to eat!! My first experience was amazing!! The hostess’ are very beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful!! The chefs are very entertaining and put on quite a show!! The food is amazing and their sushi is the best in town!! It’s fresh, unlike some of the overpriced, sorry or an excuse called sushi. I go here all the time for my birthday!! I recommend this place for anybody look for fresh sushi or looking for authentic Japanese food!! The best!!!!
The sashimi is not very fresh, way too over price for the poor quality. Only good thing is they have free wifi.
Great Food. My girlfriend and I went to Samurai Steak House for her birthday. I had never been but it was well worth it. The Miso soup is delicious. The tasty Tako (octopus) was served with sweetened vinegar and seaweed salad. The main course of hibachi combination platter of scallops and steak was about average. The scallops were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious, but the steak was average at best. Even though it cost less than 20$ it can easily feed 2 people. The sushi we had was fresh and delicious as well. I will be returning here.
Awesome Japanese steak house gorgeous Asian hostess sat us down at our table with a grill, you get the typical show at your table. Price is a little high so if you are poor or worry about price do not go here. Last time I went had nice cooking show by the chef I ordered the filet mignon and shrimp, which I think was the most expensive plate at 20 dollars. Had a decent sized steak and amount of shrimp and plenty of noodles and fried rice to last a couple days. Overall food is great but not excellent but the noodles and fried rice portions are excellent. Drink service can be slow at times but that’s only when it’s packed. Will come back many times.
Valentine’s Day disaster. Valentine’s Day was a complete fiasco. We made reservations for 7:30, and on the planet I’m from that means you have a spot RESERVED for you around that time. When we walked in the lobby was packed enough to make a fire marshal blanch. When we said we had a reservation, we were just added to the end of a long list along with all the people who had just walked in. We ended up waiting in the lobby until 9:00; no apology, no nothing. I can’t tell you how pissed off I was by the time we finally got seated, then waited another whopping fifteen minutes to get a drink (and the folks who ordered mixed drinks waited closer to half an hour.) When we finally got food, the show was mediocre (I can’t imagine it’s fun working so late and long, but the guy didn’t even try to entertain) and the food okay but not any better than your usual fast food hibachi. The only bright spot was the sushi, which was the freshest I’ve had in Fayetteville yet and actually came fairly quickly. But overall, I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant. If you’re not going to honor reservations, don’t take them. At the very least, apologize and maybe offer a free dessert or drink. Once I’ve healed from my ruined Valentine’s night, I’ll go back to try the sushi bar.
Sushi was great, best Cali roll I ever had, BUT the waiter I had at the sushi bar was either new or just dumb!
Jin makes awesome sushi! Try the fireball or the yum yum roll. The hibachi is good too. Also, I love the family ownership of the place.
