Bad bad bad! Bad service, bad food, up charged me for a drink when I asked for house and it was watered down, overpriced grossness
Definitely not worth the money. We relied on the sauces on the table to provide flavor. We had the brisket dish, the smoked turkey dish, and the petite steak.
Lunch was good, went because I had a coupon. I felt like I was eating in an office, seems there was a ‘time-share’ something or another going on, and the tables were full of salespeople trying to get money from people. Very weird, but I guess Smokey Bones is making money so they don’t care if somebody has an office set up in their restaurant.
Used to go here years ago and wasnt bad. It definitely has fell off. Mediocre service, worse food. Wont be going here again.
We really like the ribs and riveted here. Their sweet potato fries are the best. But be weary of their takeout. See my photo. The paper they use inside the container actually gets soggy and all over your food.
To put it nicely, this place sucks rocks. Our waiter kept hockingup phlegm… But that was AFTER we waited 25 minutes for our drinks. Then our food showed up overcooked and drowned in sauce. Worst barbecue ever.
This place is a damn joke!! I’ve seen some bad service but this place by far is HORRIBLE!! My husband and I waited forever, not to get seated, but to get a freakin hostess (which I think was the manager because everybody else was in their own world) there were plenty of tables open and a line out the door of people waiting for this guy!! Not only did it take us 45 min to get seated, the long island iced tea was disgusting and the lemons for my water were rotten with spots of brown!! This would NEVER happen in California, not even in the ghettoest part of town! This place was DISGUSTING with DISGUSTING customer service and DISGUSTING management! IM DISGUSTED!!
