Terrible service.. I’ve been in customer service for 6 yrs. I know a thing or two about how to treat customers even if you’re having a bad day. You leave your crap at the door when you come to work. Do not go to this subway if you want friendly service…. Her name is Sheryl and she was rude, had an aggressive and angry demeanor. I don’t care how mad or pissed you are about anything while at work, when you’re dealing with people you are nice no matter what’s happening. Sorry Sheryl, if you read this hopefully you’ll take it to heart and leave baggage at the door next time you come to work.
