I always go in so don’t know about the drive thru, but the baristas are always friendly and fast, the coffee drinks are good, and the atmosphere is much appreciated. The first time I’ve felt somewhat at home since leaving the northeast.
Nice surprise!. We have been here 3 times now. The first did not go so well, as we waited at the drive-thru window for about 3 minutes with no greeting, then drove away. A few days later, we decided to give-it-a-go again and went inside. The atmosphere was outstanding, very classy and comfortable. For those few minutes while we waited for our coffee, I felt like I was not in Fayetteville anymore. The espresso has great flavor and tasted fresh. I am a Starbucks snob with a gold card but have NOT been happy with their quality in and around Fort Bragg lately, and I have to say this place tasted much better than what I have been getting from Starbucks lately. We went back a third time through the drive-thru and were greeted immediately, and the coffee was still just as good. I will make it a habit to go here whenever I venture off post.
The thing is…. Yes, it’s a fine independent coffee house with a cool (but usually way overcrowded) atmosphere, but the servers are beyond slow and beyond snobby, and the drinks inevitably end up being some mix of sugary syrup and a smidge of coffee.
Fancy Coffee Shop. Great ambiance. Great menu. A little pricey. Cool place to meet, surf internet or study.
Nice setting. The coffee are okay. They have an upstair and a downstair. Great place to call a time out for yourself. It’s always nice and peaceful there. It’s about $4 for a really small cup of gelato
