Good food!. Visited once and returned, again! I am fascinated by the food. The first visit the waitress was unable to tell me much about the Vietnames…

Cheap and Good. I love the pho and the atmosphere down the street at Grilled Ginger but this place has them beat in price. If you need some pho on a budget, this is your place.I have to say that their spring rolls don’t quite have that minty bite from the Thai Basil and their peanut sauce is not the most traditional. It tastes different from what I am use to. Their pho is a little bland compared to Grilled Ginger and they use more fish sauce (you can smell it when it comes out) but the meat is a lot more tender. Overall, not too bad.
Absolutely delicious! Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been nothing but epic! Staff are very friendly and the service is great! Very busy during lunch, so get there at opening 11am! You won’t be disappointed!!
Great spring rolls. I’m absolutely obsessed with their spring rolls…not the one with the shrimp, but the one with the pork strips. It’s definitely more suited to an Asian palate (I’m Chinese) as it features strips of pork including fat and skin, but combined with the fish sauce, lettuce, and spring roll wrappers it makes for crunchy/chewy/savory/sweet deliciousness.
The pho…. Always a test of a good Vietnamese restaurant. I must say I want impressed though passable if you need a fix. The broth wasn’t as complex with herbs and spices as it could be. The veggies included didn’t include basil and the tripe/tendon was few. Most of the large bowl was soup. Even the noodle portion was a bit small. Ice coffee was good though and actually came in a press.
This place is awesome, if you ever go, gotta try H-19. I’ve passed by this place a million times, but I got invited by a friend and now I’m hooked
I have driven by hundreds of times and never gave this place a chance. I’m very happy we did finally try it. This place is a hidden treasure. The wait staff are kind and very helpful with describing the plates. The presentation of the items we ordered was impressive. Colorful and appealing. All of the dishes we tried were quite delightful. Portions are huge. I think this place will now be one of my top favorites in Fayetteville. Looking forward to try other entrees. Must try the the hot Vietnamese coffee10 Feb, 2011This dish was incredible. Rice noodles witj shredded roast pork, fried spring rolls, and mint salad, Served in a huge bowl, enough for 2 adults. Excellent balance of flavors. Variety of textures. It’s like a party for your mouth. It was a very nice first timers dish! I highy recommend10 Feb, 2011Hot French coffee with sweet condensed milk. A real treat. The coffee is strong and rich and not at all bitter.
Sweet, crunchy, full bodied and filling!10 Feb, 2011The strongest, richest coffee I think I’ve ever had! –Even richer than a French press. It’s like drinking liquid dark chocolate with a hint of milky sweetness!10 Feb, 2011A flavor explosion! A rich contrast of sweet, savory, strong, and spicy wrapped into one menu. The restaurant has a clean, open, casual, quaint atmosphere. My wife and I just found a new favorite! (try hot Vietnamese coffee)
