My husband & I stopped in for a hot dog 2/10/16, around 2:10 pm, an older guy, (the cashier) told us not to sit down because they were getting ready to close, he did say he would serve us so my husband ordered 3 h/dogs all the way,…the cooks was a younger girl and an older guy who left the place and came back in shortly and proceeded to make our hot dogs, both never washed their hands, the girl wiped her hand across her face & did not wash her hands before handling the food; she did not have on gloves or a hair net or a cap, the guy did not have on gloves and did not wash his hands after going out side for a few minutes,….I’m a national certified food manager, food handlers are required to wear gloves while cooking, or serving food and each time you touch anything other than the food you are cooking or serving , you have to change gloves, otherwise the food is instantly contaminated, I dont know about everyone else but I do not want to eat anything that may have been on the girls face that she wiped off (& did not wash her hands) which went on the h/dog bun as she handed it to the guy, who had just been outside and whatever was on his hands did not get washed off, thus went on the food that was served to the public….I did report this to the NC Health Dept,**NC Health Dept requires that all food handlers must wear gloves, a hair net or a cap during cooking & serving to the public…

Great hotdog chili!!!. This is the best hotdog and cheeseburger with homemade chili. Sloppy delicious!!
