Zero stars. Worst experience ever. Staff accidentally voided my credit card transaction then reran the credit card and they charged me twice. I called to get it corrected and the oriental lady would not even let me talk. I drove up there in person to resolve it and again she would not let me speak. She kept talking down to me as if I do not understand what pending vs processed means. Oh I fully understand lady. Maybe you should train your staff on how to use a credit card machine properly. All this over $19.29. This is ridiculous. Never go here. And if you do…use cash. And holy crap pray to God you dont have to deal with crazy oriental lady who will not let you get a word in. For a small business who depends on their reputation you would think they would act more graciously. She didnt even believe me until I saw the lady in the back who helped me yesterday and even after she explained in great detail what happened the oriental manager STILL would not budge. Even as I was leaving the lady still tried to engage in confrontation with me. Lady – you win. I am leaving. I give up. Nope – still chasing after me trying to yell at me. If credit card machines are too much trouble for you to handle then put up a sign that says cash only. My gosh. Never would eat here again.
Not so great.. We went here one day on the way home. We got into the place and found that the pastries were all horribly overpriced. To make matters worse some of it wasn’t even marked with prices. We bought an almond chocolate croissant which was overpriced and then we were shorted when we got our change (We paid cash). Before we could say anything the person who checked us out walked away. We will not be going back ever again. This place is just another generic overpriced bakery.
NOT CLOSED. This place is not closed!!! It has reopened under new management. I went and got some pastries for a friend’s birthday and they were heavenly! Also had a roast beef sandwich while there and it was perfect. Service has also vastly improved under the new management.
Amazing pastries!. I think I’ve struck gold with this place! I’ve tried many of their desserts and have enjoyed every bite. I look forward to treating myself when I’m there and trying something different each time. Of course, always have to take some pieces to go. And a wonderful place to hang out with friends for wine or coffee. Just love it!
What amazing display of desserts and baked goods. I love their espresso drinks and butter croissant…is by far the best in town! And it was really hard to decide which yummy, beautiful desserts to order and oh…you gotta try the Asiago sandwich! It is a really nice place to hangout with my friends. Wow, finally a real patisserie in the area!
I’ve died and gone to Hereghty’s. I’ve been there at least a dozen times, and every time, the hospitality has only been surpassed by the awesome food, desserts, and drinks . . . and what a relaxing place!
It truly is Heavenly Delicious!!. Wow! The desserts are always fresh and amazing…out of this world! Two of my favorites are the chocolate chewies and Frasier cake! The paninis and coffee are great too! You have got to visit this place.
