I wanted to love it; attentive server (possibly the owner?), clean, buffet looked well stocked and not aged at 430PM. Got the house special fried rice– with pork, beef, fish, shrimp, a little of everything . Unfortunately it didn’t have many vegetables (would be hard pressed to find more than 3 tablespoons in the entire serving) or moisture– the rice was dry and difficult to swallow. Not terrible, but not great, compared to my local Chinese joint.
