Awful service. I went here with my family one night, because we always enjoy going to the Olive Garden in Raleigh before there was one in Rocky Mount. It took our server 15 minutes to get our drinks out to us after we ordered them. One of my family members ordered the unlimited pasta and only got one bowl of it because the server never came back to check on us. I have worked in a restaurant before and usually when the table gets neglected it is because the server is hanging out with people in the kitchen rather than tending to their tables. We were there for 2 hours!!! And none of us ever got a refill on our drinks. We had to ask a server who was tending to her tables to get our bill because our server never came to give it to us. We paid, and after we paid, the manager came out and apologized, but there was no incentive given to make us want to go back. I dont think the Rocky Mount Olive Garden can pull off the classy atmosphere that all other Oliver Gardens give and what the restaurant represents.
