Great food and service!. I highly recommend 4th St! It has great atmosphere and excellent food. Very fresh and very reasonable lunch; dinner is more, but still reasonable. Service is also very good!!

Great experience!. The restaurant itself is so nice! The staff was great! The food was amazing! I had my first shrimp and grits experience and it was SO GOOD my husband couldn’t keep HIS fork off of my plate, haha! His dish was also fabulous! We will definitely go back!
Dare I say this is the best restaurant in Winston Salem? Especially if you’re looking to spend a reasonable amount of money and leave full. My husband and I have eaten here many times, and the food and service are always great. This is a place where you might drop $15-$20 on an entree, but it will be a whole plate of food (not some fancy nugget with some sauce on it plated on some pretty greens you can’t even eat). We always bring guests here because we can count on it being good.

Omg! Best night ever. Ate outside under the stars. Very romantic! Food was unbelievable! Had the filet napoleon. Every bite a piece of heaven. Rare. Perfectly cooked, could have cut it with a fork. Had to fight my husband for the red mashed potatoes. I am super picky. I have to say this was one of the best meals I ever ate! Awesome wait staff, made the experience a true five star event!
