Not enough variety of fish. Firstly, this is not just this restaurant’s fault, it is ubiquitous in the Triad: same fish no matter where you go. Secondly, I personally hate tilapia and Chilean sea bass; one is too mushy and aquarium-tasting, while the other has no favor. Maybe there are a lot of people here who just don’t like the taste of fish; I don’t know. Once in a great while you can find halibut, red snapper or swordfish being served somewhere, but not here. Yes, you get all those toppings for tilapia – there’s a good reason for it – the fish is terrible without them. As everyone has already mentioned, the Bang Bang Shrimp is a very good appetizer. It’s always a kick to watch the servers come parading out of the kitchen with bowls of it.I have never had bad service at this restaurant, but that doesn’t mean I won’t ever experience a bad night. Some people think they ought to be treated like the king and queen of Denmark, and expect to be kowtowed to. I don’t. I’m not in a hurry at dinner time; it’s not as if I have to get back to work in 40 minutes, and I expect decent service, but at the same time, I know I’m not dining at Le Tour D’argent in Paris, either. Because a person experiences one bad night of service, doesn’t mean they should never dine at that restaurant ever again – You don’t know what’s happening in the kitchen, or what is happening with that particular waiter, or even if it might be their first night there too.
Bang!. Bang Shrimp is to die for (and also easy to make at home if you want…just google it)! I would suggest the Fish and Chips or the Fontina Pork Chop…both to die for!!!!
Disappointing…. I’ve eaten here several times and each time gets progressively . The last time, our server was rude and very slow. I will give the manager credit for recognizing it (without us saying anything) and comp-ing our meal. Kudos to a manager that pays attention to their staff! But the food has gone downhill.

Consistently Delivers. Ambiance: excellentservice: greatfood: excellent and very consistentFrom the porkchop to sea bass, and of course bang bang shrimp, and my favorite, corn chowder w/ lump crab soup, i relax and confide in the ever-consistent service and delicious flavors at bonefish grill.
I loved it. Great seafood. Very very nice service. A little bit overpriced. But food is amazing.
Seafood Done Perfectly. I had the most amazing seafood dinner! The atmosphere was lovely and fairly upscale for Winston Salem. Everything from appetizers to dessert was prepared perfectly, which in itself is no small feat. You have to try the seafood corn chowder. They also offer an interesting take on classic crem brule. Great wine list. Nice place to take a date or meet friends. I intend to return often.
