I placed an order and not only did they forget my main course meal but the staff was very rude. I did not verify at the store and when I arrived home I realized they left out my food. I went back and they were very rude to the point that I am taking time out to write this review.Lastly, when I received my food it was not cooked thoroughly so it went into the trash and I will never go back there again!
I was literally just hung up on in the middle of an order because I asked about the minimum amount required for delivery. I then called back and informed them that I did not like their attitude and was abruptly interrupted by the lady telling me that she did not care to have my business. Shame on you! I read the reviews before calling and hoped that the business had learned something from them but was sadly mistaken. I am appalled at the manner in which I was spoken to as a paying customer. I don’t care how good or bad the food is. TERRIBLE customer service!! The way someone is treated over the phone matters as well because that is the only impression that person may get of the restaurant and my first impression sent me running.
Just…..wow. First off, I think the food is pretty decent for the price. However. Calling in a delivery order is a nightmare. I actually got into an argument over the phone with this lady about my apartment number. Got frustrated, said let’s switch it to pick up. Then she got mad at me and basically hung up on me. It was ridiculous. It’s good food for a good price, just don’t ever call in for delivery.
Hotel.
