Incredibly disorganized, weird format, waiters to be seated, waited to give our drink order, waited for them to come explain the bowls and then bring back the bowls we selected, then waited forever in the food line behind slow people piling their bowls high, then waited while they cooked, then finally our food trickled out and they had never brought silverware, or my drink. It’s also pretty expensive- at about $15 bucks plus tip for a med and a drink

Hot off the grill.. I have only been to the grill one time, but I really liked it. We got there at four so it wasn’t busy. When the food came it was really hot and tasty. I took some food home to eat later as always, but to reheat it not a good Idea. One complaint the music was way to loud. I will go back.

Pretty good. Been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally got to, we went at 4pm on a friday and they were not busy at all which was good, we were promptly seated and then got right back up again to be shown how to make our bowls, the server was very nice and as soon as we knew the deal we were making our bowls, I had a little bit of shrimp, calamari, krab, steak, chicken, meatballs, scallops and a bunch of mixed vegetables…I do think the bowls should be a little larger because at the end it will be so full you can hardly not drop anything off of it, I added seasonings and moved on to the sauce portion, I decided on the island terry which was good, my husband got the peanut curry and tomato, we then handed our plates over to the grill and choose our starch we both got the udon noodles then we sat down, it didn’t take very long to get our food, and everything was good it was cooked well and we barely even used the sauces it was fine without it, we also got the special desert of the day a huge ice cream and brownie sundae for $5 a great deal, the service was on par, overall a good first experience and we will be back.

What a waste!!. What a waste of my time and money! My boyfriend and I decided to give Genghis Grill a try since we had a coupon and it was fairly new in opening. I was pretty excited since I would be creating my own meal but boy was I wrong. The line to get to the food was insane and the wait for the food was even longer. I always saw the commercials on TV and was WOWed by the interior design elements and such but when I got there it looked like an ordinary restaurant. Anyways, I don’t really remember what I ended up making but it was on the oriental side of things and I just remember picking at my food and barely eating it. I will not be back and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to spend an arm and a leg.

Not good for a Mongolian bbq. Cost was high, sauces were not very good. Overall was very disappointed. A more traditional grill they only cook a few plates at a time and walk around. Also at authentic they have Mongolian sauce, sugar water, garlic water, etc. You create your flavor to suit your taste
