Wonderful food!. I’ve eaten the desserts from Midtown Cafe & Dessertery before but today I had the treat of having lunch there! I ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was delicious! I loved the ginger dressing and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the awesome menu!
Worth the trip! The staff represents true southern hospitality and the food is delicious. Our meal was served quickly, and our coffee cups never ran dry. I am very happy and would definitely come back again!
Greatest Breakfast in Winston. Been eating here every saturday for around 12 years and love it. worst part is occasionally the cheese isnt fully melted on top of my omelet. Have no idea how this place has an 85% right now, should definitely be at the top.
Staff was very friendly. Mainly seniors eat here. Food was awful. Pot roast was extremely chewy and mashed potatoes runny. Food seemed frozen. Nothing homemade. For a desserty the chocolate chocolate cake was very dry and nothing special. Would never go here again. Spicy fries had spice on maybe three out of the order. Very bad overall.
Simply lovely.. Midtown is great. It’s a nice way to enjoy a delicious lunch with a beautiful atmosphere. Service is always great and the food is always good. A little $$, but really not much more than Panera. And EVERY dessert is amazing. You can’t go wrong.

Breakfast. Definitely go for the breakfast, it’s what they do best. Somewhat pricey, but you’ll leave full.
