Filthy tables at 12 noon. Nasty tables at 12:00 noon from days before,I walked by 7 tables looking for a clean one.They had sticky layer ,crumbs, the worst I ever saw in any place to eat! Imagin the kitchen.
As long as you are not going to eat in you are fine. If you want to eat in the restaurant and expect anyone to wait on you then it is another story. It is not always the fault of the sever as multiple staff admit they only have enough staff for pickup and delivery orders.
