My Mother and I went to Jonestown Rd Roly Poly in Winston-Salem today for lunch. The young man that was working the register was not paying attention to us giving our orders. When our order was brought out to us I brought to his attention that one of our subs was missing and he rudely told me that I did not give that sub order. I informed him that I did give him that sub order and that he was not paying attention to what I was ordering. He then turned it around on me and started to raise his voice and got verbally abusive with me. He called me ignorant , accused me of thinking I was above him and told me that he didn’t like my attitude. I was not in the wrong and I was allowed to be verbally blasted by this young man by the older lady and gentleman that work there with him. My mother was told by him that she thought she was entitled to respect due to her age. My mother was horrified at being talked to in that manner. When my mother tried to correct him and ask him to stop speaking to her disrespectfully he would interrupt her rudely and make very sarcastic comments. The whole time my mother and I were being verbally blasted by this young man the older lady and gentleman did NOTHING to correct his behavior!! My husband was so upset that we were treated this way that he went to the restaurant to speak to the older lady and gentleman about the incident. My husband wanted this young man fired and they told him that they could not fire him because he was related to them and they needed him! We will NEVER be back there and are going to warn anyone who asks us about this place! DO NOT ORDER A DELIVERY FROM THEM DUE TO THE SAME YOUNG MAN THAT VERBALLY ABUSED MY MOTHER AND I IS THE SAME YOUNG MAN THAT WILL BE DELIVERING YOUR FOOD! BEWARE!!!!!!

Great sandwiches…always fresh and the soups are awesome…eat there 3 times a week and never disappointed:)
The wraps are really good and their potato salad is soooo delicious. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it.
