Good wings, bad service. I placed a to go order for the wing sampler. The woman who took my order over the phone wasn’t the friendliest and acted as if she didn’t want to or didn’t have time to talk to me and answer the few simple questions I had. I was a waitress for 3 years and took countless phone orders and never have I ever been short with a customer. When I arrived in person to pick up my food I didn’t receive the warmest welcome either. The wings weren’t too bad though. But unfortunately that won’t be enough to make me go back.

Horrible!. We have eaten there for years and have always enjoyed their wings. Tonight, however, was totally unacceptable! The wings had been cooked until they were extremely dry and extremely tough. No soft meat at all on the wings. We are not usually the type of customers who complain, but when the waitress asked if everything was alright, we looked at each other and decided to tell her. They offered to replace the amount of wings that were left in our basket, not the whole order. When my husband went to pay, the person in charge did not bother to approach him. We will never eat there again.
Update: New owners (the same people who own Mama Zoe’s). Service has improved tremendously, new menu items and decor. Food is better than ever. Good Food/Bad Service. This place has the best burgers in town…hands down no other place even comes close. Actually everything on the menu here is really good. That said it also probably has some of the worst service around. There are times we avoid Waldo’s because we can’t take 1 1/2 hours for lunch. As for the 10 cent water charge…we’ve been here many times for lunch and dinner, including tonight and we have never been charged for water.

Terrible service and prices. Good wings. Barely saw waitress, didn’t deserve the $1 I gave her. Charge $0.10 for water!
