Owner could care less. I went to this restaurant yesterday, 01/30/2014 after getting off work. I visited this restaurant frequently for my meals but on this particular day there was snow and ice on the ground, on the walkway entering the restaurant, I slipped and fell on the ice and one of the customers actually helped me up. After helping me up the gentleman asked me if I was okay. I hurt my hand and knee. Once inside the restaurant, the customers inside were asking me if I was okay,because they saw me fall.The gentleman told the owner that I fell and he needed to put ice out on the sideway. The owner of the restaurant disappeared to the back. He never acknowledged that I fell and was hurt, he never asked if I was okay and He never offered any assistance to me. Being an owner of a restaurant , I feel like you should at least acknowledge that someone was hurt on your property and try to assist them in any way that you can. Even your employees were asking me if I was alright. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future, If you don’t care about your customers then why should I spend my money at your restaurant. This is any Westown Eatery across town, that would appreciate their customers.
