Delicious!. The shrimp n grits were very tasty, and had a nice side of bok choi. Others in m party of 6 also enjoyed their meals. Molten chocolate cake was likewise divine. Very friendly service. The calamari and duck egg roll appetizers were just ok.

OK But Overpriced. We have wanted to try this place for some time now, so last night was the night. Found the food to be good everything was cooked well and arrived as ordered. Quite a long wait if you order Ashley Farms Chicken, but to give them credit it does state on the menu to allow a 25 minute cook time. They had several specials not on the menu and it took a long time for the waitress to read it all off her tablet, with no way to remember everything she said, they should just print a menu insert and put it inside their regular menu, after all they don’t mind giving you a sushi menu insert. If you do order a special make sure you ask for the price or you may have sticker shock when you get your check, this is where my problem came in but it was my fault for not asking. I had the spare rib and it was $28, we decided to split a dessert which we normally do on the few occasions we have dessert at a restaurant, I thought at the price of $7.95 that it would be enough to share but not really. All in all if you have $68 you wish to blow on dinner for two and that is if you drink water only give this place a try.

Excellent drink selection with hard to find brews, bourbons and wines. Wish this place was in Charlotte… A plus for the Gas-House!

Would never go back. Food was poor. Service was rude. Don’t want to waste my time explaining. Just don’t go here.

INCREDIBLE RESTAURANT. My buddy and I were going to be in Gastonia for the weekend and wanted to find a good place for some good craft beers. What we found was a top notch restaurant with an incredible selection of beers and wines. The decor was modern and upscale. We actually thought we might get a cold shoulder from our casual camping apprearance. But, found the staff all very inviting. The bartender Dan and Manager Vance were very accommodating during our visits. The artichoke dip is insanely good. The place is so good that I returned several months later with friends for my birthday. We live almost 2 hours away. Some may feel its pricey. While there may be less expensive places to eat , there aren’t any places I am willing to drive two hours for besides this place. Yeah, it’s that good. Now a year later, my buddy and I are going to be in charlotte and have plans to stop by again. We have been talking about it for weeks and am really looking forward to it. My only wish is that it was closer. I would be there many times.

Best sushi in G’town. I like this place. Sushi is always fresh. I like the menu. The pot stickers are the bomb. Dan is the man behind the bar and Cathy is the hottie. Landon is the sushi chef. Definetley not the cheapest place but who wants the cheapest?

I had the opportunity to partake of Sunday Brunch this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices were very reasonable and food was extraordinary. The waiter was very patient with us as we had difficulty getting all of our party to find it’s very easy to locate location (next to Lowe’s Foods). The brunch menu consisted from omelets, shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, salads, burgers and what I had flat bread pizza. My pizza was done really well. You could tell that the ingredients were fresh and the Chef and some wits about him. I figure if brunch was handled this well then the dinner is probably very good and I will be back to experience it.
