  Shogun not the place you think it is. I worked there for 7 months they only reason i would go back was because of the customers I loved going in and getting my first table and please them the best i could i had a lot of fun. But the lady manager/owner (many do not know) sometimes we needed her to give us change and she was nowhere to be found because she would be cutting lettuce, making soup, making appetizers, making mixed drinks, and waiting tables. and we had to share tip with her and her husband when he cooked only one table. sometimes i would make $152 in only card tips on a busy day and walk out with $25. And at the end the manager/owner would follow me to my table when the customers left because i was stealing the tip.(which i was not but sometimes i wish i did but i didn’t)

  Me and my Fianc love Shoguns. We love Japanese and its one of our top favorite places. We have always had great service and never had to send anything back or request our food cooked longer or any other problems with it. Love the Shrimp sauce and ginger sauce. My fianc has had her birthday dinner there for years and we eat there often. I would recommend this to anyone. My point of view is that if you don’t like it something is wrong with you.

  Half a star. No wait on a Friday night should have been our first clue. Food was below average as it was cooked in stages and took about 10 min for each item to cook. Ordered mixed drinks and sent all back. When we got the bill we were charged for the drinks that we did not drink. When we asked to speak with the manager we were told that the manager would not come to the table but we could go to the manager if we wanted to talk to her, then all she wanted to do was argue. Not a clue of what customer service is. We will never go back
