I was excited to try this restaurant today. It smelled wonderful and looked nice. Unfortunately, my daughter is a picky eater, and there were not many options for her. Thought about purchasing the 8 piece chicken nuggets for $3.95, just to get her something, and the employees informed me that I would only receive 5 chicken nuggets. I questioned them as to why there were 8 chicken nuggets pictured on the menu, and they could not explain the discrepancy. I know it was ONLY 3 nuggets, but in the aggregate, they are cheating many customers and capitalizing on false advertising!!Needless, to say, I refused to spend my money at this location, and they did not even offer to honor the price that was prominently advertised in the location. I would not recommend patronizing this restaurant, until they are ready to honor the prices they have advertised.PS. I am from Cleveland, Ohio where you can get 5 chicken nuggets for $0.99 from any fast food location.

What concerns me the most about this specific Ninja Express is the staff’s lack of professionalism, the establishment’s spotty cleanliness and run down decor which leave much to be desired. I prefer going to the Ninja Express off memorial, next to Harris Teeter, which is a much more inviting environment.
